Hospitality, Chef - Cook Full Time-Muscat

We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable team member to join our new Noodles cloud kitchen! No prior experience is required—we’ll provide training.

temporary Working Hours:

• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4 hours)

• 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4 hours)

(Initially, these will be the working hours. As we expand the team, shifts may be adjusted for better scheduling.)

Salary & Incentives:

• Salary: OMR 120 per month for the first 6 months.

• Increment: Salary will be reviewed and increased based on performance after 6 months terms and conditions will be shared upon agreement .

• Bonus: If daily orders exceed 60 bowls, starting from the 61st bowl and beyond, the worker will receive a percentage commission per bowl as an additional incentive.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

1️⃣ Order Taking & Communication

• Must be able to read and speak English to take customer orders accurately.

• Ensure correct ingredient selection, add-ons, and spice levels for each order.

2️⃣ Food Preparation & Cooking

• Boiling noodles and mixing them with our three pre-prepared recipes (simple and straightforward process).

• Preparing and portioning ingredients in advance to ensure a smooth workflow.

3️⃣ Cleaning & Organization

• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and workstations throughout the shift.

• Assist in basic end-of-shift cleaning, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies.

4️⃣ Punctuality & Focus

• Must be on time and attentive, especially during peak hours.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure quick service.

5️⃣ Teamwork & Support

• Be a team player—assist where needed, whether it’s prepping, cleaning, or supporting kitchen operations.
