Key Responsibilities:

Collect and track rent payments from tenants on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Prepare and distribute invoices, receipts, and payment reminders to tenants.

Generate and maintain accurate financial statements, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.

Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Maintain detailed records of rent rolls, expenses, and other financial transactions.
