Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Indoor Salesman to join our showroom specializing in ceramic and sanitary ware. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and in-depth knowledge of ceramic and sanitary products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting ceramic and sanitary products based on their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product knowledge, including technical specifications, material quality, and installation details.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure all products are displayed attractively.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience in selling ceramic and sanitary ware.
Excellent knowledge of ceramic tiles, porcelain, sanitary ware, and related products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive and results-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Arabic and/or English (additional languages are a plus).
Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in Oman.
