Technicians & Craftsmen,Aluminium Professional Full Time-Muscat

We are looking for a professional and experienced technician to handle and manage our aluminum workshop. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of aluminum fabrication, strong management skills, and experience in the Oman market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the aluminum workshop.

- Fabricate and assemble aluminum products, including windows, doors, and kitchen cabinets.

- Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines.

- Train and supervise a team of technicians and workers.

- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment.

- Coordinate with suppliers for materials and ensure timely deliveries.

- Provide technical guidance to the team and solve fabrication challenges.

- Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment.

- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in aluminum fabrication and workshop management.

- Familiarity with the Oman market and local industry standards.

- Strong technical skills in aluminum works and related machinery.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

- Knowledge of inventory and production planning.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to ensure health and safety compliance in the workshop.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in Oman or the GCC region.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

- Valid Omani driving license.
