We are looking for a Senior Chef with a strong background in the fast-food industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience in Oman. The candidate must have worked in restaurants specializing in fast food and possess a passion for creating high-quality, efficient, and delicious fast food offerings.

Job Title: Senior Chef – Fast Food Specialist

Location: Oman

Experience: 6+ years (4+ years in Oman)

Industry: Fast Food / Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)

Salary: 225 to 300, Depends on the expereince and trial.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Design and improve fast food menus, incorporating new trends, customer preferences, and ensuring quality and consistency.

Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation of a wide variety of fast food items, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to established recipes, portion sizes, and cooking methods.

Kitchen Management: Lead, manage, and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient, high-quality food service during busy periods.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict compliance with local and international food safety standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency in every dish served to customers.

Inventory & Cost Management: Manage food inventory, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effective food preparation while maintaining high standards.

Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to address customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.

Supplier Relations: Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience as a chef in the fast food industry, with at least 4 years in Oman.

Experience working in fast food restaurants or quick service restaurants (QSR) is mandatory.

Proven ability to manage a high-volume kitchen and handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene standards, and food quality control.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
