Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chip-Level Computer and Mobile Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware issues at the chip level on a variety of devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware issues at the chip level on computers and mobile devices.
Perform soldering and de-soldering of components on motherboards and circuit boards.
Troubleshoot and repair problems related to power supply, display, and other components.
Test and ensure the functionality of repaired devices.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory of spare parts.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
Stay updated on the latest repair techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in chip-level repair for computers and mobile devices.
Strong knowledge of computer and mobile hardware and software.
Proficiency in soldering and working with small components.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Preferred:
Certification in electronics repair or a related field.
Experience with a wide range of brands and models of computers and mobile devices.
