Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships for our ERP systems and web solutions. You will be involved in both online and offline sales activities, including negotiation and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for ERP systems and web solutions through various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct online and offline sales negotiations to close deals.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the ERP or web solutions industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and online sales platforms (Preferable).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Benefits:
Total Monthly Salary: 500 OMR
Fixed Salary: 160 OMR
Performance-Based Incentive (KPI’s): Up to 340 OMR, based on achieving the target of finalizing 15 deals per month.
