Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects Quantity take-off, analysis, Preparation of quotations and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope by analyzing drawings. Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and regularly report on project status Preparation of bills, Tabulations and Monthly planning. Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project Preparation of MAS and taking approvals for materials from the consultant. Optimization and ordering of materials on time Utilising preventive maintenance procedures to reduce unscheduled downtime. Developing relationships with vendors and material suppliers Working with Subcontractors to complete projects on time
