We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join our team in Bawshar, Muscat.

نبحث عن موظف نشيط، متعاون، ويتمتع بخدمة عملاء ممتازة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في بوشر – مسقط.

Responsibilities المهام:

* Take customer orders from their cars.
استقبال العملاء وأخذ طلباتهم من سياراتهم.
* Provide excellent customer service.
تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة.
* Assist in the kitchen with frying, grilling, and basic food preparation.
المساعدة في المطبخ (القلي، الشوي، وتحضير الطعام).
* Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen.
المحافظة على نظافة المطعم والمطبخ.
* Support daily restaurant operations.
المساهمة في سير العمل اليومي بالمطعم.

Requirements الشروط:

Fluent in Arabic and English.
إجادة التحدث باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.

Friendly, professional, and able to work under pressure.
حسن التعامل مع العملاء والعمل بروح الفريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.

Previous experience in restaurants or cafés is preferred.
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المطاعم أو المقاهي.
