We are looking for a highly professional and experienced lady to lead the complete overhaul and operational improvement of our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating current operations, implementing best practices, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the salon operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current salon operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational standards and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and supervise salon staff.
- Improve customer service and overall client experience.
- Oversee inventory management and product organization.
- Support business growth through service development and operational improvements.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and professionalism.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in salon management, operations, or business development.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in staff training and performance management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of current beauty industry trends and salon best practices.
