Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and disciplined HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and implement strong HR policies aligned with company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law & WPS regulations
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and contracts
Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures
Manage employee performance reviews and appraisals
Resolve employee grievances professionally and confidentially
Coordinate training, development, and compliance programs
Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years experience as HR Manager (Oman/GCC preferred)
Strong knowledge of Oman Labour Law & WPS
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity
Experience in retail, jewelry, or multi-branch business is an advantage
