Administrative Officer – Printing Press
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations in the printing press and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Communicate with clients and handle their requests effectively.
• Coordinate and schedule printing orders to meet deadlines.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and manage inventory.
• Prepare administrative reports and follow up on invoices and documents.
• Organize meetings and facilitate communication between departments.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in administrative work, preferably in the printing industry.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English (basic knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
