• Ability to design villas, commercial and residential buildings, factories, roads, and smart cities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.

• Good experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) software.

• Strong skills in 3D, 4D, and 5D design.

• Valid driving license and access to a car.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

• Ability to work within a team and under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
