Job Title: Secretary
Location: Oman

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
• Schedule meetings and organize the manager's calendar.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Perform office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• A degree in administration or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
