We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Hybrid Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves both outdoor and indoor sales activities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic, possess excellent customer service skills, and have the ability to negotiate effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with customers both in-store and on-site to promote and sell our building materials.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Utilize social marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.

- Manage sales data using Excel and Google Sheets.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.

- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Drive to various locations for customer meetings and product demonstrations.

**Requirements:**

- Fluency in English and Arabic.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.

- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

- Knowledge of social media marketing.

- Valid driving license.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong work ethic and integrity.

- Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
