## Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in project cost estimation and management.

- Thorough knowledge of the Omani Building Code and engineering standards in the Sultanate of Oman.

- Profession registered as "Civil Engineer" with the competent authorities in the Sultanate of Oman.

- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
