Responsibilities:
• Update the notes/resolution in all case ID’s while using the system.
• Perform all jobs related to citizen complaints.
• Maintaining daily & monthly report.
• Coordinate with Operation team.
• Serve as a role model in upholding the Company Code of Ethics as it is in t
