أبحث عن شريك سكن محترم وجاد لاستئجار شقة مكونة من غرفتين في منطقة بين الحيل والمعبيلة.

الإيجار المستهدف لا يتجاوز 150 ريال عماني شهرياً للشقة بالكامل، بحيث تكون حصة كل شخص 75 ريالاً عمانياً شهرياً.

الشروط:
• أن يكون شخصاً محترماً وملتزماً.
• المحافظة على النظافة والترتيب.
• عدم التسبب في أي إزعاج داخل الشقة.

الشقة ستحتوي على مطبخ وصالة مشتركة.

ملاحظة:
إذا كنت تفضل غرفة مفروشة، فأنا مستعد لتأثيث الغرفة بأثاث راقٍ وجديد وتسليمها جاهزة للسكن، وفي هذه الحالة ستكون حصتك 120 ريالاً عمانياً شهرياً.

Looking for a Flatmate

I am looking for a respectful and responsible flatmate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in the area between Al Hail and Al Maabilah.

The target rent is no more than OMR 150 per month for the entire apartment, meaning each person pays OMR 75 per month.

Requirements:
• Respectful and responsible.
• Clean and organized.
• No noise or disturbance in the apartment.

The apartment will include a shared kitchen and living room.

Note:
If you prefer a furnished room, I am willing to furnish it with high-quality furniture and hand it over ready to move in. In this case, your monthly share will be OMR 120.
