We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
* Experience in Neapolitan pizza
* Experience working with pizza ovens
* Ability to manage and lead kitchen staff
* Good knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation
* Can work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
* Clean, organized, and professional
Responsibilities:
* Preparing and managing pizza dough
* Maintaining pizza quality and consistency
* Managing kitchen operations during shifts
* Training and supervising staff
* Monitoring cleanliness and food safety
