Heavy Equipment Rental Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Rental Sales & Marketing Executive for our Heavy Equipment Rental Division in Oman. The candidate should have hands-on experience in heavy equipment rental sales, customer acquisition, corporate account handling, and market development. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and negotiation skills with good knowledge of the Oman/GCC heavy equipment rental market.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and expand the heavy equipment rental business by identifying new customers and corporate clients across construction, infrastructure, logistics, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
Generate leads and achieve monthly rental sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, industrial clients, and corporate customers.
Promote short-term and long-term heavy equipment rental solutions to customers.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities in the Oman region.
Prepare rental quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Coordinate with operations and service teams for equipment availability, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in the heavy equipment rental market.
Support marketing activities, promotions, and branding initiatives to increase rental business.
Ensure timely collection and documentation related to rental agreements.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term contracts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in heavy equipment rental sales & marketing in the Oman or GCC market.
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment rental operations and customer handling.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
Knowledge of construction equipment, earthmoving equipment, lifting equipment, and industrial machinery will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems preferred.
Valid GCC/Oman driving license is mandatory/preferred.
Arabic language knowledge will be an added advantage.
