الهدف من الوظيفة:
إدارة وتنظيم الدورة الكاملة للمشاريع، بدءاً من استلام أوامر البيع وصولاً إلى التسليم النهائي، مع التركيز على رفع كفاءة الإنتاج وتقليل الهالك وتطوير سلاسل الإمداد.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تحويل طلبات المبيعات إلى خطط تنفيذية دقيقة وتوزيع المهام على الفنيين.

إدارة المشتريات والتفاوض مع موردي القطاعات والزجاج لضمان أفضل جودة وأقل سعر.

تطوير نظام لمراقبة المخزون وتقليل الفاقد (Scrap) في ورش التصنيع.

تنسيق جداول التركيبات الميدانية بالتنسيق مع المشرف الفني لضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد.

متابعة ضبط الجودة (QC) في مراحل التصنيع المختلفة قبل خروج المنتج للعميل.

إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة حول أداء الإنتاج واقتراح حلول لزيادة الإنتاجية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

التعليم: بكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل صناعية أو ميكانيكا) أو إدارة أعمال تخصص (سلاسل إمداد/عمليات).

الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في إدارة العمليات أو الإنتاج، ويفضل بشدة من لديه خبرة سابقة في مصانع الألمنيوم أو الـ UPVC.

المهارات:

قدرة عالية على التخطيط والجدولة.

إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر (Excel، وبرامج تصميم/تقطيع الألمنيوم).

شخصية قيادية، مهارات تفاوض قوية، وعقلية تحليلية لحل المشكلات.

Job Vacancy: Operations & Supply Chain Manager (Aluminum & UPVC Sector)About Us:We are a specialized company providing premium solutions in Doors and Windows (UPVC, Aluminum, Glass, and Metal works).
