The rent includes fibre Wi-Fi, electricity, gas and water. The house is 100m from the beach and the rooms have sea view.

Short term considered. One month deposit of 150 OMR + one month rent of 150 OMR, both payable BY MOBILE TRANSFER in advance of moving in.
