I am looking for a SINGLE professional to rent a room in a beautiful villa. NO FAMILY. Sorry. The rent that you would pay is 150 OMR (non negotiable). It is for one en-suite bedroom (Room 1 AVAILABLE : 8mx4m, with attached bathroom - Room 2 TAKEN: 7.20mx3.50m with attached shower room) and one lounge on the middle floor (I stay on the top floor); plus access to the lounge, dining room, kitchen on the ground floor, and top floor terrace. The rent includes fibre Wi-Fi, electricity, gas and water.
