Dear Sir, Good Evening.
I am pleased to offer consultancy in the syndication of fresh loans and restructuring of loans with Banks, arrange letter of credit and bank guarantee and in corporate bonds. I worked in Oman Arab Bank, Fincorp and United Securities for the last 18 years.
I undertake:
1) Business plans and Feasibility Studies. Preparation of strategic business plans. Syndication of fresh loans, Reschedule of loan installments, ballooning of repayments, funded interest loans, negotiating terms etc. I also help in floating bonds through Euro Exim Bank for a minimum of RO 4 million or 10 Million US$.
2) Transformation plans for a corporate entity in growing from level A to B beyond the geographies of Oman.
3) Diagnostic Studies and Business process re engineering
4) liquidity analysis and measures for improvement
5) Arranging LCs and Bank guarantees through Euro Exim Bank
