OPERATIONS MANAGER (READY MIX CONCRETE} Manage and control the resources of the plant so as to meet production deadlines in accordance with specifications, with maximum levels of efficiency and quality, and within budget; Prepare annual production plans and co-ordinate execution of production schedules based on sales requirements, plant capacity and inventory; Ensure accurate measurement of raw materials and monitor the raw materials consumption with respect to the volume of products produced; Supervise daily quality control sampling of aggregate properties and record results appropriately;
