Call Center Representative
Location: Sultan Qaboos City, near Al Khuwair, Muscat
We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team at New Horizon Marketing Services.
The selected candidate will work from our office and will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, making outbound calls, introducing our services, and arranging appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Introduce the company's marketing services professionally.
Schedule meetings with interested clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Follow up with potential clients when required.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Previous call center, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Non-Omani applicants only.
Immediate joining is preferred.
