1. Interior Designer / Architectural Designer
• Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization.
• Ability to prepare drawings, presentations, and site measurements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.

2. Site Manager / Site Supervisor
• Experience in construction and site coordination.
• Ability to manage workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Driving license preferred.

3. Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Handyman)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, gypsum, and general maintenance.
• Able to visit project sites and perform minor repair works.
• Valid driving license required.

4. Semi-Skilled Construction Worker
• Experience in construction, maintenance, renovation, or finishing works.
• Hardworking and willing to learn.
• Previous experience preferred.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience (preferred).
• Responsible, honest, and committed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
