Job Vacancy – Administrative & Client Services Coordinator
We are looking for a professional and reliable Administrative & Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Oman.
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcoming students, candidates, and visitors.
* Answering student and client questions professionally.
* Supporting registration and check-in procedures.
* Supervising scheduled assessments and ensuring candidates follow instructions.
* Preparing daily reports and administrative records.
* Supporting monthly reports, internal meetings, and follow-up tasks.
* Assisting with general office administration and coordination.
* Maintaining a professional, organized, and confidential work environment.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills.
* Good English and Arabic preferred.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Basic computer and reporting skills.
* Ability to deal professionally with students and clients.
* Flexible with working hours and schedules.
* Available to work on Saturdays when required.
Working Conditions:
* Salary: OMR 250 per month
* Working hours: 8 hours per day
* Weekly holiday: Friday + one additional day Saturday or Sunday
* The additional weekly holiday will usually be Sunday
* Saturday is generally a working day depending on the center schedule
* Flexibility is required due to scheduled assessments, meetings, and administrative deadlines
