فورمان ورشة ألمنيوم وحدادة
المهام والمسؤوليات:
* الإشراف على أعمال تصنيع وتركيب الألمنيوم والزجاج وأعمال الحدادة.
* تنظيم وتوزيع المهام على فريق العمل ومتابعة تنفيذها.
* أخذ القياسات من الموقع بدقة ومراجعة المخططات الفنية.
* حساب كميات المواد المطلوبة للمشاريع وإعداد قوائم المواد.
* متابعة جودة الأعمال المنفذة والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات.
* التنسيق مع الإدارة والعملاء لضمان إنجاز الأعمال في الوقت المحدد.
* تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية داخل الورشة والمواقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات:
* خبرة عملية في مجال الألمنيوم وكاست الألمنيوم وأعمال الحدادة.
* القدرة على قراءة المخططات والرسومات الفنية.
* خبرة في أخذ القياسات وحساب المواد والكميات.
* مهارات قيادية وقدرة على إدارة فريق العمل.
* القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والالتزام بالمواعيد.
* رخصة قيادة (يفضل).

Aluminum & Steel Workshop Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage aluminum, glazing, cast aluminum, and steel fabrication works.
Organize and assign daily tasks to workshop and site workers.
Take accurate site measurements and review technical drawings.
Calculate material quantities and prepare material requirements for projects.
Ensure work quality complies with project specifications and standards.
Coordinate with management, clients, and project teams to ensure timely completion of work.
Monitor safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Resolve technical and operational issues related to fabrication and installation works.
Requirements:
Proven experience in aluminum, cast aluminum, and steel fabrication works.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
Strong knowledge of site measurements, material estimation, and quantity calculations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Valid driving license is preferred.
