Wanted: Auto Repair and Spare Parts Center Setup and Operations Manager – Sultanate of Oman
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced manager to establish and manage a multi-brand auto repair and spare parts center in Muscat.
Responsibilities:
* Develop the center's operational plan from the outset.
* Select and procure the appropriate equipment and tools.
* Build a team of technicians and staff.
* Manage the maintenance and spare parts department.
* Select suppliers and negotiate prices.
* Establish an inventory and sales system.
* Monitor quality and customer satisfaction.
* Achieve sales and profit targets.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive maintenance industry.
* Experience managing a workshop or service center.
* Experience in spare parts and procurement.
* Knowledge of Japanese, Chinese, and German vehicles.
* Experience in dealing with technicians and customers.
* Ability to lead a team and achieve results.
