Key Responsibilities
* Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, buildings, drainage, water supply, and other infrastructure.
* Prepare detailed project reports, blueprints, and cost estimates.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines and manage Tender work.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
* Oversee quality control, safety procedures, and risk assessments on-site.
* Prepare all Projects reports on time.
* Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
* Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or related projects.
* 2 years of Procumbent & Tender working.
* Strong knowledge of market or suppliers, Government tenders work.
* Strong Communication Skills & Team work.
