A growing real estate company is seeking an Operations & Property Officer to join its team and support the day-to-day management of its properties and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on lease agreements and renewals.
Monitor rent collections and outstanding payments.
Communicate with tenants and address their inquiries and requests.
Coordinate maintenance activities and facility management services.
Support the leasing of vacant units and property marketing activities.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Assist in monitoring real estate development and improvement projects.
Prepare operational and property-related reports.
Maintain and organize property records, contracts, and documentation.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company’s property portfolio.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience (real estate experience is preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
