Hiring: Sales Manager – Automotive Services & Auto Care
Location: Muscat, Oman
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team..
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, insurance companies, and strategic partners.
• Promote automotive services, maintenance contracts, detailing, protection, and auto-care solutions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Drive B2B sales and manage key accounts across various sectors.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service, repair, or auto-care sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales, fleet management, and insurance business.
Currently residing in Oman.
Valid Omani driving license.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
