Door Sales and fixing Responsibilities
1. Omani Driving Requirement & Field Visits
* A valid light vehicle driving license is required for field visits and installation-related tasks.
* Visit customer sites to take accurate measurements.
* Assess customer needs on-site and provide suitable recommendations.
* Ensure the customer site meets installation and delivery requirements.
2. Marketing & Client Acquisition
* Search for new customers and actively use social media to attract clients.
* Communicate with contractors, designers, and project owners.
* Build long-term professional relationships with customers.
3. Order Management & Follow-Up
* Record and follow up on daily orders continuously.
* Coordinate with the factory to ensure orders are executed according to specifications.
* Monitor manufacturing, preparation, and installation stages until final delivery.
4. Quotations & Negotiation
* Prepare accurate quotations according to company policy.
* Explain door types, warranties, specifications, and product differences to customers.
* Conduct professional negotiations to close sales deals.
5. Customer Service & Support
* Respond quickly to customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other platforms.
* Resolve customer site issues when needed.
* Provide a professional and excellent customer experience.
6. Logistics Arrangements
* Arrange transportation of doors and workers to customer locations.
* Use maps and location tools efficiently to reach customer sites.
7. Reporting & Administrative Commitment
* Submit daily and weekly work reports.
* Follow company policies and maintain professional confidentiality.
* Continuously improve skills and performance.
8. Business & Product Development
* Suggest ideas to improve sales and enhance services.
* Quickly learn about door types and new products.
* Monitor the market and competitors.
9. Presence at the Showroom When No Field Work Is Required
* Stay at the showroom to welcome and assist customers.
* Present products and explain specifications.
* Maintain showroom organization and appearance.
10. Additional Tasks as Required by the Company
* Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
* Support other departments when needed.
* Maintain flexibility in duties to serve the company’s interests.

Monthly Salary
* Basic Salary: 160-250 OMR
