Hotel One Start is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel & Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our new hotel in Nizwa, scheduled to open in October 2026.
Our property features 21 guest rooms along with a restaurant designed to provide excellent hospitality and dining experiences for local and international guests.

Key Responsibilities
Hotel Operations
* Manage the daily operations of the hotel and restaurant.
* Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise front office, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance activities.
* Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and guest feedback.
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across all departments.
Restaurant Management
* Oversee restaurant operations, food service quality, and hygiene standards.
* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain excellent customer service standards in dining areas.
* Manage restaurant inventory and supplier coordination.
Staff Management
* Recruit, train, and supervise hotel and restaurant employees.
* Prepare staff schedules and assign duties.
* Motivate staff to maintain professional service standards.
* Conduct performance evaluations and resolve workplace issues.
Financial & Administrative Duties
* Monitor daily sales, expenses, and budgeting.
* Prepare operational reports for management.
* Control costs and improve profitability.
* Ensure proper cash handling and record keeping.
Guest Relations
* Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Build positive relationships with guests and local tourism partners.
* Promote the hotel’s reputation through excellent service.
Compliance & Safety
* Ensure compliance with Oman tourism regulations and health standards.
* Maintain workplace safety and hygiene procedures.
* Ensure all licenses and operational requirements are up to date.

* Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage hotel operations independently.
* Knowledge of hospitality customer service standards.
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Arabic and English language skills preferred.
