We are looking for a motivated and organized Secretary Assistant / Test Center Administrator to join our team in Sohar. The role combines administrative support, customer service, and test center operations in a professional educational environment.
Job Details
* Working Hours: 6 hours per day
* Working Days: 5 days per week
* Shift Type: One shift only
* Salary: 200 OMR per month
* Probation & Training Period: 3 months
Main Responsibilities
* Assisting in daily office and administrative tasks
* Managing customer inquiries and providing professional customer service
* Supporting test center operations and candidate registration
* Handling phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
* Maintaining records and organizing documents
* Assisting with computer-based administrative work
Requirements
* Good English communication skills
* Basic to intermediate computer skills
* Professional attitude and organizational skills
* Ability to work with customers and students professionally
* Previous administrative or customer service experience is an advantage
